Washington, DC – Congressman Tim Ryan (OH-13) formally began the process to bring his bipartisan Steve King censure resolution (H. Res. 40) to a vote. According to the Rules of the House, Ryan’s resolution must wait two days before a vote occurs due to such resolutions having a two-day maturation period when offered by any Members except the Majority Leader or Minority Leader.
