(WASHINGTON, D.C.) - Congressman Tim Ryan (D-Ohio) announced today that Congress this week approved a $1 million federal earmark for Youngstown State University which Ryan had inserted into a Defense Department spending bill. The money will expand Youngstown State University's CyberEnabled Industrial Innovation Center (CEIIC).

Oxley, Executive Secretary of the Environmental Review Appeals Commission (ERAC), expressing his concerns about potential negative consequences of a proposed Hubbard landfill. ERAC is set to decide on whether it has jurisdiction to rule on an appeal filed by the company seeking to build the landfill.
